All pricing for Kelowna shuttle services, airport transfers, and private transportation is subject to an 18% service charge (driver gratuity) and 5% GST. Rates vary based on group size, vehicle selection, travel distance, and custom itinerary requests. Reservations are required for all shuttle and transportation services, and availability is not guaranteed without confirmation.

Where do I find the Shuttle when I've arrived at the Airport?
Please collect any checked bags from the carousels and then meet your driver at the Signature Connections Kiosk located beside Tim Hortons (see map). Our driver will then walk with you to the shuttle pickup location outside.
Does my child need a car seat or booster seat?
We strongly recommend that children travel in an age and size-appropriate car seat or booster seat.
- Rear-Facing Car Seat: Infants under 1 year and 9 kg (20 lbs)
- Forward-Facing Car Seat: Children 1+ year and 9–18 kg (20–40 lbs)
- Booster Seat: Children over 18 kg (40 lbs) and under 145 cm (4’9″)
Signature Connections has a limited number of complimentary car seats and booster seats available upon request. Not all vehicles are compatible with child car seats so please let us know if you require one (or more) at the time of booking.

Absolutely. Please let us know in advance if you are travelling with pets, skis, snowboards, golf clubs, bikes, oversized luggage or a larger-than-usual amount of baggage.
Pets may be accommodated when travelling in an appropriate carrier. Service animals are welcome.
This helps us assign the appropriate vehicle and ensure there is enough room for your group and belongings.
Do you offer early-morning or late-night airport transportation?
Yes! We offer Private Airport Shuttles for early-morning departures and late-night arrivals. Service is available based on vehicle and driver availability, so we recommend booking in advance whenever possible.
Do you offer a shared public Airport Shuttle service to hotels?
No, we no longer offer a shared public Airport Shuttle service. We now offer Private Airport Shuttles, providing pre-arranged, door-to-door transportation between Kelowna International Airport and hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, residences and other locations throughout the Okanagan.
